Our group coaching programs offer safe, heart-led spaces where girls build real confidence, self-trust, and friendships that uplift them.

Programs are age-specific to meet her right where she’s growing:

Rising Stars

Ages 6–9

Helping girls build confidence through play, creativity, and connection—so they learn to trust themselves, express big feelings in safe ways, and feel proud of who they are, just as they are.

6-Week Journey $600

This small group experience (5–8 girls) offers weekly 60-minute sessions filled with interactive activities, guided support, and between-session practices to deepen the journey.

Project Glow

Ages 10-13

Supporting tweens through body changes, shifting friendships, and self-doubt—so they build lasting self-worth, stop shrinking to fit in, and learn to show up with confidence and courage, even when it’s hard.

6-Week Journey $800

This small group experience (5–8 girls) offers weekly 60-minute sessions with real talk, creative tools, and between-session practices to help them own their glow and stand strong in who they are.

Shine Within

Ages 14–17

Empowering teens to navigate pressure, perfectionism, and identity with self-trust and grounded leadership—so they can honor their voice, set boundaries, and grow into women who know they are enough.

6-Week Journey $800

This small group experience (5–8 girls) offers weekly 60-minute sessions that blend real conversation, reflective tools, and soulful support. Each week builds on the last—guiding her to trust her path, claim her power, and rise from within.
