Rise
1:1 Empowerment Coaching for Girls Ages 12–15
For the mom who wants her daughter to grow up knowing her worth and shining her light.
Because when she sees her light… she owns it.
She’s at that age where everything feels harder.
The little girl who used to run into the room carefree is now second guessing herself at every turn.
You see it in the way she stands in front of the mirror, picking herself apart, wishing she looked different.
You see it when she scrolls, comparing herself to girls online and shrinking more of who she really is day by day.
At school, she’s holding back, afraid to raise her hand, nervous to speak up, worried about what people will think.
Or maybe she’s trying so hard to fit in that she’s putting on a mask, pretending to be someone she’s not just to feel accepted. Complying with her friends for approval.
Not trusting herself enough to speak up and be her authentic self.
You see a part of her dimming.. she’s following the crowd and questions everything she says and does.
She’s carrying fear, self doubt and living on an emotional roller coaster, not knowing what do with all of her feelings.
When emotions rise, she doesn’t know what to do with them.
Sometimes it comes out as snapping at you, sometimes shutting down completely.
Either way, you can feel the weight she’s carrying.
And as her mom, it breaks your heart.
Because you know she’s incredible, but she doesn’t see it.
You see her doubting her worth, questioning her place, and carrying a heaviness that feels too big for her young shoulders.
And deep down, you know she needs more than pep talks or reminders.
She needs real tools.
She needs to know how to feel safe in her body, how to calm herself when everything feels too much, and how to believe she is enough.
That’s why I created Rise, a 4-week private coaching journey designed to help girls ages 12–15 build confidence, self-worth, and a strong inner voice they can trust.
What is Rise?
Rise is a safe, supportive space where girls learn tools that schools and social media don’t teach them:
• How to understand and regulate emotions
• How to ground and calm their nervous system
• How to set healthy boundaries with friends
• How to feel more confident in their appearance and self-worth
Through breath work, gentle somatic practices inspired by yoga, self-reflection, and real conversations, she’ll begin to see herself with new eyes, believing she is strong, capable, and worthy.
The 4-Week Journey
Week 1 – Emotions + Grounding
Instead of bottling everything inside, she’ll learn how to name what she feels and then regulate it. With nervous system soothing tools, like breath work and calming techniques, she’ll experience what it feels like to shift from anxious or overwhelmed into grounded and calm. These are practices she can lean on anytime, building trust in her ability to find her own peace.
Week 2 – Self-Connection + Inner Voice
She’ll begin noticing that she has an inner compass. This compass has always been her own voice within. As she practices reflection and guided exercises, she’ll start to recognize what feels true for her. This week helps her build the confidence to make choices that reflect who she really is, rather than getting lost in outside pressures.
Week 3 – Friendship + Boundaries
Instead of questioning her place in friendships, she’ll explore what healthy, supportive connections look like. Through conversations and role-play, she’ll practice setting boundaries with clarity and kindness. This shift helps her realize she doesn’t have to shrink or overextend herself to belong. She can own her worth while still keeping meaningful connections.
Week 4 – Body Image + Confidence
She’ll reframe how she sees her appearance, moving away from criticism and comparison into appreciation and acceptance. With confidence building practices and affirmations, she’ll begin carrying herself with pride, showing up in the world with more ease and self-assurance. This final week helps her step into a new way of seeing herself: enough, beautiful, and capable.
Imagine her after Rise…
Through Rise, she begins to step into herself in a whole new way. She’s still the same girl, but so much lighter, confident, and more rooted in who she is.
She no longer hides behind a mask.
She starts showing up as her true self, with friends, at school, even at home, because she feels safe in her own skin.
At school, she raises her hand without overthinking.
She answers questions, volunteers, and joins in without that voice in her head tearing her down.
Making new friends feels easier, because she knows what healthy friendships look like and she trusts herself to choose people who lift her up.
She sets boundaries that keep her feeling safe.
When the hard moments hit.. stress before a test, a fight with a friend, the wave of self-doubt, she has tools to ground herself.
She breathes, she centers, and she finds her calm again.
She doesn’t spiral the way she used to.
She knows what her feelings are telling her and she knows how to tune into her needs.
Her reflection in the mirror feels different, too.
Where there was once criticism, there’s peace.
She notices the things she likes about herself.
She begins to carry herself differently.. shoulders back, eyes brighter, smile more frequent.
She is wearing outfits she truly feels good in, not hiding in.
Most of all, she trusts her own voice.
She speaks up when something doesn’t feel right.
She stands taller in who she is.
She’s not trying to fit into a box.. she’s learning she was never meant to.
And as her mom, you’ll feel the shift.
You’ll notice the way she walks into a room, the way her laughter comes so much easier, the way she talks about her day with more confidence.
The way she shares her experiences with you, she’s more excited to take risks and is so proud of herself in the process.
You will witness her become more of who she really is. Empowered, energetic, authentic and shining so bright.
You’re ready to reparent your inner girl not with perfection, but with presence.
