I created Rise and Shine Empowerment to give girls the support I wish I’d had growing up.

Welcome to a space where girls can completely be themselves, speak up with confidence, and trust their inner voice.

Every Rise and Shine experience is intentionally created to help girls build confidence, strengthen healthy friendships, and trust themselves.

Through meaningful conversations, interactive experiences, and genuine connection, your daughter will relate to other girls her age, express herself, and leave with practical tools she can carry into everyday life.

Our new Monthly Virtual Empowerment Experience is now open. Live Zoom sessions held on the first Saturday of every month in small groups where girls can connect, build confidence, and be part of meaningful conversations from wherever they are. 💛 Ages 8 to 11: 11:00 to 11:45 AM PST 💛 Ages 12 to 17: 12:30 to 1:15 PM PST Each registration includes two live Zoom sessions to use within 12 months, so you can choose the months that work best for your family. That “I remembered” moment happened because she’d practiced what to come back to before she needed it. These years are full of moments our girls don’t see coming. A comment from a friend. Not knowing where to sit at lunch. Wondering if they should stay quiet or speak up. We can’t be there for every one of those moments. But we can help them build something they’ll come back to when they need it most. My hope is to help girls know who they are so they can trust themselves when those hard days come. Because girls don’t just hear these messages. They experience them. They embody them. Your daughter is welcome to do the same. We spend so much time encouraging our daughters to use their voice, trust themselves, and be who they are. But they’re learning just as much from what they see us model. Every time we give ourselves permission to rest, set a boundary, trust our instincts, or choose what feels right for us… We’re showing them they can do the same. If you’re looking for an extra layer of support for your daughter, our Rise & Shine empowerment circles are a place where girls can lean into strengthening their confidence, connect with other girls they can trust, and continue building the tools they’re already learning at home. Our next empowerment circle workshop for girls ages 8–11 is Sunday, July 19th 12pm-1:30pm in Los Angeles @unplugmeditation Our circles for girls ages 8-11 explore friendship, confidence, self expression, and what it means to stay true to themselves. Our next teen circle (Ages 12-17) is Sunday, Aug. 23rd. These circles invite deeper reflection around confidence, self trust, noticing their inner voice, and learning to meet themselves with greater kindness and compassion.
